Each piece begins with a solid wooden frame that is hand-carved to create recessed grooves for the inlay. Pieces of natural mother of pearl are then carefully cut into delicate floral shapes using small hand tools. These iridescent pieces are individually placed into the carved grooves, forming the intricate vine pattern that flows across the table.
Once the entire surface is inlaid, a colored resin is applied to fill the gaps and secure the artwork in place. The piece is then hand-sanded multiple times to achieve a perfectly smooth finish, followed by final polishing that enhances the natural shimmer of the mother of pearl, making every console a unique, handcrafted masterpiece.
